Shipping Policy

Welcome to SJA Partner, the authorized partner ordering platform for Shree Ji Abhinandan Namkeen, a brand of Akito Industries Pvt. Ltd.

1. Delivery Method

Orders placed through SJA Partner are dispatched through suitable transportation channels, including bus transportation and commercial transport services.

Door-to-door delivery is not guaranteed. Depending on the destination and transport availability, customers/partners may be required to collect the shipment from the designated bus stand, transport office, depot, or delivery point.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Bus Transportation

Where bus transportation is used, delivery is generally expected within approximately 3 days from dispatch, subject to route availability, holidays, weather, traffic and other circumstances beyond our control.

Commercial Transport

Where commercial transport is used, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 days from dispatch.

These timelines are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Dispatch Processing

• Orders are processed after the required advance payment is received.
• Orders may be dispatched after confirmation of payment and order details.
• Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
• During festivals, holidays, peak seasons or unusual demand, dispatch may take additional time.

4. Transportation Delays

SJA Partner is not responsible for delays caused by transport operators, road conditions, weather, strikes, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, route disruptions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company.

5. Delivery Address

The partner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery/transport destination at the time of placing the order.

Any additional cost or delay caused by an incorrect, incomplete or changed destination may be borne by the partner.

6. Shipment Collection

Where the shipment is delivered to a transport office, bus stand or designated collection point, the partner is responsible for timely collection of the shipment.

The partner should inspect the shipment at the time of collection wherever reasonably possible.

7. Damaged Shipment

If a shipment appears damaged, the partner should immediately document the condition using clear photographs and/or video evidence and report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving or collecting the shipment.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping arrangements and charges may vary depending on destination, weight, transportation method and carrier.

Where the applicable order qualifies for free shipping under the current SJA Partner commercial terms, the applicable shipping charge will be borne by the company.
